Podcasting Goes Primetime

Apple just released a new version of iTunes which supports podcasts. Podcasters all over are reporting huge increases in traffic. Apple, once again, gets there first.

The other good news is that iTunes 4.9 also supports video blogs.


One caveat though...Apple plans to police which podcasts make it into the directory of shows available (via Warren Ellis).
